A) Guided tours & private transport
- Once your booking is confirmed and guides/vehicles are reserved, these services are generally not refundable, because they’re scheduled specifically for you.
- If you contact us early, we’ll always try to reschedule or adjust dates, depending on availability.
B) Hotels, Nile cruises, and flights (if included)
- These services follow the supplier’s cancellation rules (hotel/cruise/airline policies).
- If a supplier allows a refund (full or partial), we will pass that refund back to you accordingly.
C) If Pyramidos Tours cancels
- If we must cancel from our side, you receive a full refund.
D) Force majeure
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters or major disruptions that prevent travel), you can choose a full refund or to postpone your trip.
